Designed for standard and large board inspection Autotronik 3 stages Inspection Conveyors are available in model CT-150L-3S and CT-180L-3S, which is 1.5m and 1.8m in lengths respectively. Both CT-150L-3S and CT-180L-3S are designed to handle standard-sized to extra large PCB board for inspection or post-assembly process by prolonging the working space.

Multiple Conveyor Stages Multi-stages conveyor process of CT-150L-3S and CT-180L-3S are facilitated by SMEMA and intelligent sensors equipped in each end of the stages monitor. When the conveyor is available, the board enters the conveyer entrance under the pass SMEMA signal. The board then enters the inspection area automatically or will wait at the entrance until the inspection area is clear. Once the board is inspected, the operator could release it into the next machine. If the next machine is not ready to take another board it will just move to the exit of the conveyor until the following machine gives ready signal via SMEMA. If no inspection is required the conveyor will just act as a buffer conveyor.
